The Holy Spirit speaks in John 7:37-38 (AMP) ...
āIf anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink! He who believes in Me [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Me], and as scripture has said, āFrom his innermost being will flow continually rivers of living water.āā
Visualise a picture of a closed sunflower in the garden, Jesus walking towards it holding a watering can. He startās to water it gently. Where the sunflower is bowed down, it tilt's up towards the sun and starts to open. Then the Lord waterās it some more. The sunflower openās more as it relies and trustās the sun to move where there is light and heat. Therefore it growās and flourishās into a beautiful bright yellow sunflower, attracting pollinators. š»š
Be humbled by the āsunflowerā hear the Lord say āthe sunflower followās, engages, relies on and trustās the sun faithfully as it needs to be nourished, and be energisedā This is the same with your heart, which is more precious and valuable to me.
Therefore, we are able to flourish, stand out, shine bright and stay in the Lords presence. Faithfully looking unto him in adoration, that many near and far will see Jesus.

Sunflowers stay unified in purpose and position. The Bible says, āBehold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unityā (Psalm 133:1). In other words, it pleases God when His children are unified in purpose and in praise.
Today, open your heart like a sunflower, follow, engage, rely on and trust the āSonā of God, Jesus to water your heart with rivers of living water soaking in His presence and in your purpose.
